
Quality Assurance has a lot to do with documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Quality Manuals, Record Management and much more), and with process improvements (Quality events, CAPA, Complaints, Compliance and a lot more).
However, Quality Assurance is first of all process knowledge, weak signal detection, involvement in evolution. Difficult to enact on paper and worksheets, it’s easy to miss the big picture.
